The song was released in Poland as a digital download on 10 March 2017, through Universal Music Polska. It was written by Sarsa Markiewicz, and produced by Markiewicz along with Steve Manovski. After its release, the song reached number-three on the Polish Airplay – New Chart, and number-26 on the Polish Airplay chart. Marta Markiewicz (born 13 June 1989), better known as Sarsa or Sarsa Markiewicz, is a Polish singer, songwriter, and record producer. She first achieved mainstream attention due to her 2015 single " Naucz mnie" (Teach me), which occupied the number-one position on the Polish singles chart for six consecutive weeks, and was certified diamond by the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (ZPAV). Her debut studio album '' Zapomnij mi'' was released on 28 August 2015. Life and career Early career Sarsa was born on 13 June 1988 as Marta Markiewicz in Słupsk. The Polish music charts are provided by ZPAV, the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (Polish: Związek Producentów Audio-Video). Albums charts In the 1970s and the 1980s, Polish music monthly ''Non Stop'' published a year-end list of the best selling albums in Poland. In the mid-1990s, two monthly sales lists were launched and published in music magazines. The first one was a top 50 compiled by ZPAV, based on shipment, not sales, which continues to be published to date. The other was a top 100 called Gorąca Setka (English: Hot 100), printed monthly in ''Gazeta Muzyczna''.
