British Open Tag Team Championship
The British (Open) Tag Team Championship is the top tag team championship contested for throughout the British wrestling circuit. It is currently being contested for in Brian Dixon's All Star Wrestling. Although the title was created just after the end of regular wrestling coverage on ITV, nonetheless it has changed hands on national UK television, as footage Steve Prince and Vic Powers' victory over Liverpool Lads Robbie Brookside and Doc Dean was included on Brookside's episode of Video Diaries on BBC2 in 1994. Mikey Whiplash
Michael John Gilbert (born 16 July 1980) is an English professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Mikey Whiplash. He currently resides in Glasgow, Scotland and wrestles for numerous promotions in the British Independent circuit, most notably Insane Championship Wrestling where he is a former ICW World Heavyweight Championship (Scotland), ICW Heavyweight Champion and ICW Zero-G Championship, Zero-G Champion. Between 2002 and 2012 he was a full-time regular for All Star Wrestling. Gilbert has also wrestled for London-based promotion Progress Wrestling. Douglas Clayton Durdle (born 1 September 1972) is an English professional wrestler currently signed to the National Wrestling Alliance, who is better known by his ring name Doug Williams. He is best known for his work in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA - now Impact Wrestling), where he was a one–time Television Champion, two–time TNA X Division Champion and a two-time tag team champion, having held the TNA World Tag Team Championship and the IWGP Tag Team Championship once each as part of The British Invasion. Roy Bevis
Roy Bevis (born 26 February 1981) is an English professional wrestler. He mainly competes under the ring name Roy Knight in World Association of Wrestling, which is owned and operated by his family. He has wrestled alongside his father Ricky Knight, his younger half-brother Zak Zodiac and his son Ricky Knight Jr.; with his son, he is a one-time British Tag Team Champion in Revolution Pro Wrestling (RPW). Ian Dean (3 July 1970 – 13 August 2018) was an English professional wrestler, best known as Doc Dean. He worked for All Star Wrestling, often teaming with Robbie Brookside as The Liverpool Lads. In 1997, he participated on New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Best of the Super Juniors tournament, defeating Jushin Thunder Liger.
