Bridget Hill (politician)
Bridget Hill is an American attorney and politician from Wyoming. She is the attorney general of Wyoming. Early life and education Hill was raised on a ranch near Saratoga, Wyoming. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Career Hill clerked for Justices Larry Lehman and Michael Golden of the Wyoming Supreme Court. In 2013, Governor Matt Mead appointed Hill the director of the Office of State Lands and Investments. In November 2018, Governor-elect Mark Gordon announced Hill as his nominee for attorney general, pending approval by the Wyoming Legislature, to succeed Peter K. Michael Peter K. Matt Mead
Matthew Hansen Mead (born March 11, 1962) is an American attorney, businessman, and politician who served as the 32nd Governor of Wyoming from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he previously was the United States Attorney for the District of Wyoming from 2001 to 2007. Early life and career Mead, the son of Peter Bradford Mead and Mary Elisabeth Hansen Mead, was born and reared in Jackson, Wyoming. Mead graduated in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in radio/television from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he was a member of the Bengal Lancer fraternity among other pursuits. He earned a J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law at Laramie. After law school, he served as a county and federal prosecutor and also practiced in a private law firm. Joseph Hubert Hart
Joseph Hubert Hart (born September 26, 1931) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Cheyenne in Wyoming from 1978 to 2001 and as auxiliary bishop of the same diocese from 1976 to 1978. Hart faced several accusations of sexual abuse in the Diocese of Cheyenne, but he was ultimately exonerated by the Vatican and prosecutors in Wyoming declined to press charges. However, the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph did settle a lawsuit that named Hart and 12 other individuals for sexual abuse in that diocese. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in Rome reprimanded Hart for his lack of good judgement.
