Brian Wong (racing Driver)
Brian Wong (born February 3, 1989) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Racing Series. Racing career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Wong began his Truck Series career in 2015, driving the No. 25 Toyota Tundra for Venturini Motorsports at Bowmanville. He finished 12th, and this was his only race for the season. Wong returned to the Truck Series in 2017, driving the No. 99 Chevrolet Silverado for MDM Motorsports. He again competed in the Bowmanville race and finished 12th. NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Wong’s NASCAR career first began in the K&N West Series in 2008, where he drove the No. 89 Chevrolet for his own team, Speed Wong Racing, in four races. The Heart of America 200 is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Since 2020, the race has been 134 laps and long. From 2001 to 2019, the race was one of a few on the Truck Series schedule to be 250 miles (Daytona, Talladega, Texas' 400km event). In 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic schedule changes, the Truck Series had three races at Kansas with the first two being a doubleheader in July after being postponed from May and the other one being held in the fall. Each of the three races was 200 miles instead of 250. In 2021, the track only had one race again but the race distance remained 200 miles. History The race was first held on November 3, 1996 as the Carquest 420K. The race continued annually until 2000, when the race was removed from the schedule. However, the race returned as the Orleans 350 in 2001. In 2011, the race was moved to October as part of the IndyCar weekend and became an afternoon race. The UNOH 175 was a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire from 1996 to 2017. Since 2013 it was held the day before the Sprint Cup Series Sylvania 300, the second event in the Chase for the Sprint Cup. The race was 200 laps in length from 1996 until 2010, when the distance was shortened to 175 laps. After a two-year absence from the 2012 and 2013 Truck Series schedules, it returned to the series schedule in 2014. On March 8, 2017 it was announced that Las Vegas Motor Speedway would get a second Cup date, second Xfinity date, and second Truck date. The Eldora Dirt Derby was a annual race in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race held at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio.
