Brett Anderson (born 8 September 1986) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Northern Pride in the Queensland Cup. He plays on the and can operate as a . He previously played in the National Rugby League for Parramatta Eels, North Queensland Cowboys and Melbourne Storm. Early life Anderson was born in Innisfail, Queensland, Australia, and he was educated at Innisfail State High School, where he represented 2003 Australian Schoolboys. Playing career Anderson made his first grade debut NRL for Parramatta in 2004. He later made one appearance for North Queensland in 2007. He then signed with Melbourne during the 2008, transferring from Cowboys feeder club Northern Pride. He made his Melbourne debut in round 10 of the 2008 NRL season against St. George Illawarra. Central Coast Storm
The Central Coast Roosters, formerly Central Coast Centurions, are an Australian rugby league football club (previously known as the Rip or Storm) based in the Central Coast region in New South Wales. They competed in the New South Wales Cup which they exited in 2011. The club still competes in the NSWRL Women's Premiership, S. G. Ball Cup and Harold Matthews Cup competitions. History Rip (2005-2006) The club was founded as the Central Coast Rip in 2005 and competed in the S. G. Ball Cup, Harold Matthews Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup. The players were a mix of talent from the local Central Coast Division of Country Rugby League - Group 12 Competition. Scott Anderson (born 8 January 1986) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 2000 and 2010s. He played for the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats of the Super League. A , he previously played for the Melbourne Storm. He also played for the Brisbane Broncos. Playing career Melbourne Storm Anderson played from the interchange bench in Melbourne's 2008 NRL Grand Final loss to Manly. The following season he played in the 2009 NRL Grand Final victory over the Parramatta Eels, again from the bench. This premiership was later stripped in 2010 due to the club's multiple and deliberate breaches of the salary cap. Brisbane Broncos On 12 November 2009 it was announced he had signed with the Brisbane Broncos on a two-year deal. Wakefield Trinity Wildcats Anderson signed with the Wildcats in 2013, joining the club for the 2014 season, originally on a one-year contract.
