Brentford and Isleworth () is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. It forms the eastern part of the London Borough of Hounslow. Since 2015, it has been represented by Ruth Cadbury of the Labour Party. Brentford And Chiswick (UK Parliament Constituency)
Brentford and Chiswick was a constituency 1918 – 1974 centred on the Brentford and Chiswick districts of Middlesex which became parts of west London in 1965. It returned one member (MP) to the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. Its electoral outcomes were Conservative except for siding with the Labour Party's victories which returned the Attlee Ministry (in 1945) and Second Wilson Ministry (in 1966). Boundaries This former constituency is toward the south-west of the historic county of Middlesex, in what is since 1965 west London. It was established as a division of the county of Middlesex, named after the towns of Brentford and Chiswick. Osterley Park
Osterley Park and House is a Georgian country estate in west London, that straddles the London boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow. Originally dating from the 1570s, the estate contains a number of Grade I and II listed buildings, with the park listed as Grade II*. The main house was remodelled by Robert Adam between 1761 and 1765. The National Trust took charge of Osterley in 1991 and the house and park are open to visitors. History Elizabethan The original building on this site was a manor house built in the 1570s for banker Sir Thomas Gresham, who purchased the manor of Osterley in 1562. The "faire and stately brick house" was completed in 1576. It is known that Queen Elizabeth visited. The stable block from that period remains at Osterley Park. Griffin Park was a football ground in Brentford in the London Borough of Hounslow, England. It was the home ground of Brentford F.C. from its opening in September 1904 to August 2020. The ground is in a predominantly residential area and was known for being the only English league football ground to have a pub on each corner. The ground's name referred to the griffin featured in the logo of Fuller's Brewery, which at one point owned the orchard on which the stadium was built. Spring Grove is the north-western district of the town of Isleworth within the Borough of Hounslow in London, England. In general terms it lies east of the district of Lampton; north of the district of Woodlands; west of the Barnes-to-Feltham railway loop line; and south of the district of Osterley. Spring water that rose in the area in the eighteenth century was employed for agricultural and horticultural purposes. The prime purpose of Spring Grove in recent centuries appears to have been the gradual provision of residential areas for middle-class communities. Richmond Park is a parliamentary constituency in the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. Sarah Olney of the Liberal Democrats won the seat at a by-election in 2016 after Zac Goldsmith of the Conservative Party stood down in protest over expansion of Heathrow Airport. Goldsmith stood as an independent at the by-election, but the Conservative nomination was restored to him for the 2017 general election, at which he regained the seat with a slim majority. Hammersmith is a district of West London, England, southwest of Charing Cross.
