Thorstein Treholt
Thorstein Treholt (13 April 1911 – 17 March 1993) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was the father of convicted Norwegian spy Arne Treholt. He was born in Skoger. An agronomist by education, Treholt was state secretary to the Minister of Agriculture from 1954 to 1957, serving under three different ministers during the period (Rasmus Nordbø, Olav Meisdalshagen and Harald Johan Løbak). He later became the Minister of Agriculture in 1971–1972 in the first cabinet Bratteli and 1973–1976 in the second cabinet Bratteli, the two periods only interrupted by the non-labour cabinet Korvald. Meanwhile, Treholt was appointed to cabinet his place was filled by Magne Kristian Mælumshagen and Åge Hovengen. Odd Sagør
Odd Georg Sagør (born 2 July 1918 in Meldal, died 24 June 1993) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was Minister of Consumer Affairs and Administration from 1973 to 1976, during the second cabinet Bratteli. On the local level he was a member of Trondheim city council from 1945 to 1970, serving as deputy mayor from 1959 to 1963 and mayor from 1963 to 1970. Tor Halvorsen
Tor Halvorsen (24 November 1930 – 4 November 1987) was a Norwegian trade unionist and politician for the Labour Party. Biography He was born in Skien. He started his working career in a shoe factory in 1946. In 1952 he was hired as a plumber in Porsgrunn. He then head the trade union of Norsk Hydro at Herøya from 1961 to 1968. He was a district secretary in Arbeidernes Opplysningsforbund from 1968 to 1969, and then a secretary of the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions, a position he held from 1969 to 1973 and 1976 to 1977. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Telemark during the term 1969–1973. He was a member of Skien city council from 1963 to 1971, and chaired the local Labour Party chapter from 1969 to 1971. In 1973 he was named Minister of the Environment in Bratteli's Second Cabinet. Sonja Aase Ludvigsen (7 February 1928 – 12 July 1974) was a Norwegian politician, a member of the Labour Party. Career Ludvigsen was born in Vestby in 1928. After completing her education she did various white-collar jobs before obtaining employment with Vestby municipality where she was a tax adjuster from 1958 to 1965. She was a member of Vestby municipal council from 1955 to 1959 and from 1963 to 1972, and a member of the school board from 1960 to 1968. She was a member of the Workers' Youth League central board from 1958 to 1964 and the Labour Party central board from 1965 to 1974. Bjartmar Gjerde
Bjartmar Alv Gjerde (6 November 1931 – 28 November 2009) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He held several posts as a government minister between 1971 and 1980, and was Norway's first Minister of Petroleum and Energy. He was later the director-general of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and director of the government agency Aetat. Early life and career Hailing from Larsnes in Sande, Møre og Romsdal, he was a son of smallholder Hjalmar Gjerde (1902–1979) and housewife Astrid Øvrelid (1907–1993). In his younger days he worked as a journalist, first in '' Sunnmøre Arbeideravis'' from 1948 to 1953 and then as editor-in-chief of '' Fritt Slag'' from 1953 to 1958.
