Brandon West (born September 8, 1987) is a Canadian football running back who is currently a free agent. He most recently played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League whom he played with for 4 seasons after signing with the club on March 8, 2011. West played high school football at Camden County High School in Kingsland, Georgia where he set the individual career scoring record. He played college football at Western Michigan. West set numerous records, including 2 NCAA records for all-purpose yards and kick return yards. Brandon West was a 4 time college All-American from 2006 to 2009. Brunswick () is a city in and the county seat of Glynn County in the U.S. state of Georgia. Kingsland is a city in Camden County, Georgia, United States. The population was 18,337 at the 2020 census. The Kingsland Commercial Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 17, 1994. It includes the area surrounding South Lee Street between King Street and William Street. It hosts an annual Catfish Festival on Labor Day weekend, and is the location where the fan series Star Trek Continues was filmed. Western Michigan Broncos Football
The Western Michigan Broncos football program represents Western Michigan University in the Football Bowl Subdivision of Division I and the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Western Michigan has competed in football since 1906, when they played three games in their inaugural season. In 1927, WMU joined four other schools ( Central Michigan University, Eastern Michigan University, Ferris State University, and Wayne State University) to form the Michigan Collegiate Conference. Western Michigan then moved to its present conference in 1948. Prior to 1939, Western Michigan's athletic teams were known as the Hilltoppers.
