Brad Wheal
Bradley Thomas James Wheal (born 28 August 1996) is a cricketer who plays for Hampshire and has been called up to represent Scotland. He is a right-handed fast medium bowler who bats right-handed. He made his One Day International debut for Scotland against the Hong Kong in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship on 26 January 2016. He made his Twenty20 International debut for Scotland against Hong Kong on 30 January 2016. Early life Wheal was born in Durban, South Africa, on 28 August 1996 to a Scottish mother. He attended Clifton School in Durban, where he matriculated in December 2014. He began his cricketing career with the Kwazulu-Natal youth teams, where he played up to under-19 level. Clifton School (Durban) is an independent day school for boys in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. History The early years Mr Harry Stubbs, the retired first headmaster of Durban Preparatory High School (DPHS), established Clifton Preparatory School for boys on 5 February 1924. (In South African terminology a "preparatory" school is a primary school for children up to grade 8, or approximately thirteen years of age.) The Stubbs home, at 102 Lambert Road, provided the classrooms needed for the small numbers of boys who enrolled at the time. Although the school had at first been named ‘Stubbs School’, Mr Stubbs's daughter, Dorothy Stubbs, suggested the name ‘Clifton’, in memory of her cousin ‘Clifford’, who had been killed during the First World War. Bowled
In cricket, the term bowled has several meanings. First, is the act of propelling the ball towards the wicket defended by a batsman. Sam Robson
Sam David Robson (born 1 July 1989) is an Australian-born English cricketer who plays for Middlesex County Cricket Club. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional legbreak bowler. Born to an Australian father and English mother, Robson played under-19 cricket for Australia but qualified for England in August 2013. In 2012 he became the first batsman to score a first-class hundred in England in the month of March. Career Born 1 July 1989 in Paddington, New South Wales, Robson was educated at Marist College Pagewood before moving to Marcellin College Randwick. Not Out
In cricket, a batter is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batter is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress. Thomas Edward Barber (born 8 August 1995) is an English cricketer. Born in Poole, Dorset, Barber is a left-arm fast bowler who bats right-handed. Barber is a steadily progressing left-arm seamer who has been a fixture for the England U19s since the South Africa tour of 2012. Christopher Philip Wood (born 27 June 1990) is an English first-class cricketer. He currently plays for Hampshire. Wood is a right-handed batsman who bowls left-arm medium pace. Wood has represented the England U-19 cricket team, playing two Youth Test matches, nine Youth One Day Internationals, and a single Youth Twenty20 International. The Hollywoodbets Dolphins are a cricket team representing the KwaZulu-Natal (Coastal) province in South Africa. They take part in the CSA 4-Day Series first-class competition, the Momentum One-Day Cup and the Mzansi Super League T20 competition. History The Dolphins were originally created as an entirely professional franchise team after the South African domestic format was restructured in 2004-05.
