Boštjan "Boki" Nachbar (born July 3, 1980) is a Slovenian former professional basketball player. A 2.06 m forward, he spent most of his career between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the EuroLeague. Nachbar helped lead the Slovenian national basketball team to a fourth place at EuroBasket 2009. Professional career Europe Nachbar started his professional career by joining the Olimpija Ljubljana basketball club in the 1997–98 season. He played with Olimpija in Europe's top level competition the EuroLeague, where he averaged 7 points and 2 rebounds per game. Boštjan Burger (born 1966) is a Slovenian informatician, geographer, a panoramic and VR panoramic photographer and a speleologist. He was founder of the Burger Landmarks website and had retired as computer programmer in the 1990s to become a geographic researcher on the hydrology of waterfalls. He used VR panoramas as a tool in the research of landscapes. He was greatly influenced by geographer Don Bain for documenting the landscape with VR panoramas and Hans Nyberg for his use of QuickTime VR fullscreen panoramas. Boštjan Cesar (born 9 July 1982) is a Slovenian former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Cesar played in Slovenia, Croatia, France, England and Italy. With 101 international appearances, he is Slovenia's most capped player of all time, and represented them at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Club career Cesar signed a three year-deal with Olympique de Marseille in 2005. He joined West Bromwich Albion on a season-long loan in August 2007, with a view to a permanent move. He made his debut for Albion in a 1–0 League Cup victory over Bournemouth on 14 August 2007. Boštjan Buč
Boštjan Buč (born 13 April 1980) is a Slovenian retired track athlete who competed in various middle- and long-distance events. He represented Slovenia at the Summer Olympics in 2004 and 2008. He is the Slovenian record holder for the men's 3,000 metres steeplechase. Running career Buč entered the international athletics stage as a long-distance runner, and he finished in 85th place of 149 finishers in the junior men's race at the 1999 IAAF World Cross Country Championships. Later on he would use his aerobic base from cross-country running to specialize in the steeplechase. He ran the 3000-metre steeplechase at the 2003 World Championships in Athletics in preparation for next year's Olympics. Boštjan M. Zupančič (born 13 May 1947, in Ljubljana, Slovenia) is a former Judge at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France (1998–2016) and also the President of the Third Chamber at this Court from November 2004 to January 2008. Judge Zupančič obtained his Scientiae Juris Doctor (S.J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 1981. Earlier, he obtained his L.L.M (Master in Law) degree from Harvard Law School in 1973. Boštjan Hladnik (30 January 1929 – 30 May 2006) was a Yugoslavian/ Slovene filmmaker. Hladnik was born in Kranj. He started with amateur short films after acquiring a projector and a 8mm camera in 1947. From 1949 he studied at the Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television in Ljubljana and made a name for himself with several highly acclaimed short films. In 1957, Hladnik moved to Paris to apprentice under French filmmakers such as Claude Chabrol, Philippe de Broca, and Robert Siodmak. Boštjan Kline (born 9 March 1991) is a Slovenian World Cup alpine ski racer, and specializes in the speed events of downhill and super-G. He has competed in four World Championships, and the 2018 Winter Olympics. Career Kline made his World Cup debut in December 2009 in a super combined at Val d'Isere, France. He competed for Slovenia at the 2015 World Championships. He failed to finish the super-G, finished 33rd in the downhill, and was disqualified during the slalom run of the super combined.
