Boxing At The 2014 Asian Games – Women's 51 Kg
The women's flyweight (51 kilograms) event at the 2014 Asian Games took place from 27 September to 1 October 2014 at Seonhak Gymnasium, Incheon, South Korea. Like all Asian Games boxing events, the competition was a straight single-elimination tournament. All bouts consisted of three three-minute rounds. A total of 16 women from 16 countries competed in this event, flyweight division, limited to fighters whose body weight was less than 51 kilograms. Mary Kom of India won the gold medal after beating Zhaina Shekerbekova from Kazakhstan in the final bout. Kairat Yeraliyev ( kz, Қайрат Ерәлиев, ''Qairat Eräliev''; born 8 November 1990) is a Kazakh boxer who competes in the bantamweight division. He won bronze medals at the 2013 World Championships and 2014 Asian Games, but was eliminated in the second round of the 2016 Summer Olympics. Career At the 2013 AIBA World Boxing Championships in Almaty, he beat Ravzan Andreiana, Omurbek Malabekov, and Olympic Champion Robeisy Ramírez. In the semifinals he lost to Javid Chalabiyev of Azerbaijan. At the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, he beat Othman Arbabi and Mohammad Al-Wadi before losing in the semifinals to Ham Sang-myeong of South Korea. He won the bronze medal at the men's bantamweight event at the 2015 Asian Amateur Boxing Championships. Mark Anthony Barriga (born 11 June 1993) is a Filipino professional boxer who challenged for the IBF mini-flyweight title in 2018. As an amateur, Barriaga represented Philippines at the 2012 Olympics, reaching the round of 16 of the light-flyweight bracket.
