Boutsen Ginion Racing is a Belgian auto racing team currently competing in the World Touring Car Cup and TCR Benelux Touring Car Championship. The team has previously raced also in Blancpain GT Series, European Le Mans Series and Eurocup Megane Trophy. History The team was formed in 1998 by Olivier Lainé. The team achieved success in various single-seater, touring car and GT competitions. In 2009 the team entered the Formula Le Mans Cup while competing in other series such as Eurocup Mégane Trophy. in 2011 the team enters European Le Mans Series in the LMP2 category. They've also entered Blancpain Endurance Series initially with McLaren MP4-12C GT3 and later BMW Z4 GT3 and BMW M6 GT3. 2017 TCR International Series Spa-Francorchamps Round
The 2017 TCR International Series Spa-Francorchamps round was the third round of the 2017 TCR International Series season. It took place on 5–6 May at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Stefano Comini won the first race starting from pole position, driving an Audi RS3 LMS TCR, and Jean-Karl Vernay gained the second one, driving a Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR. Ballast Due to the results obtained in the previous round, Roberto Colciago and Dušan Borković both received +30 kg, while Hugo Valente received +10 kg. The Balance of Performance was also adjusted for this event, meaning the Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCRs was deprived of its -20 kg weight break, it will therefore run its minimum weight of 1285 kg. Tom Coronel
Tom Romeo Coronel (born 5 April 1972) is a Dutch professional racing driver. Tom's twin brother Tim is also a racer, just like their father Tom Coronel Sr. His most important results are winning the Marlboro Masters of Formula 3 race in 1997, the Formula Nippon championship in 1999, and the 2006 and 2009 World Touring Car Championship Independents' Trophy. As of September 2016, Tom Coronel has driven over 1,000 races. He is currently still racing in the WTCC, where he won his first WTCC race in Okayama, Japan in 2008. After competing as an independent driver in a SEAT for many years Tom switched to BMW in 2011. The Circuit Goodyear is a motor racing circuit in Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg. The circuit is owned and used as a testing venue by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. History The facility is mostly used as a centre for driver training, with learner drivers in Luxembourg required to pass a course on the circuit before obtaining their licence. The Circuit Zolder, also known as Circuit Terlamen, is an undulating motorsport race track in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. History Built in 1963, Zolder hosted the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix on 10 separate occasions in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the 1980 Belgian motorcycle Grand Prix. F1 moved to Zolder in 1973 and with the exception of a race at Nivelles-Baulers in 1974, Zolder was the location of the Belgian Grand Prix until 1982. Matthew Neal (born 20 December 1966) is a British motor racing driver. Neal is a triple BTCC Champion having won the British Touring Car Championship in 2005, 2006 and 2011. The Circuit Jules Tacheny Mettet is a motor racing circuit in Mettet, Wallonia (Belgium), southeast of Charleroi. The circuit was finalized in 2010 near the old street circuit. Norbert Michelisz (born 8 August 1984) is a Hungarian auto racing driver and the 2019 winner of the World Touring Car Cup. Career Early career Michelisz was the 2006 Hungarian Suzuki Swift Cup champion, and in 2007 he won the Hungarian Renault Clio Cup. In 2008 he competed in the Hungarian SEAT León Supercup, where he finished as runner-up. He drove in the SEAT León Eurocup, winning one race at Monza, and finishing 14th overall. Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps
The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (), frequently referred to as ''Spa'', is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is the current venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, hosting its first Grand Prix in 1925, and has held a Grand Prix every year since 1985 (except 2003 and 2006).
