The Boundary Ford Curling Classic is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place every November at the Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. The tournament, started in 2007 as part of the women's World Curling Tour, is held in a triple knockout format. Lloydminster
Lloydminster is a city in Canada which has the unusual geographic distinction of straddling the provincial border between Alberta and Saskatchewan. The city is incorporated by both provinces as a single city with a single municipal administration. History Intended to be an exclusively British utopian settlement centred on the idea of sobriety, Lloydminster was founded in 1903 by the Barr Colonists, who came directly from the United Kingdom. At a time when the area was still part of the North-West Territories, the town was located astride the Fourth Meridian of the Dominion Land Survey. This meridian was intended to coincide with the 110° west longitude, although the imperfect surveying methods of the time led to the surveyed meridian being placed a few hundred metres (yards) west of this longitude. Dana Ferguson
Dana Ferguson (born February 25, 1987 in St. Albert, Alberta) is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. She currently plays second on Team Kelsey Rocque. Career Ferguson was a member of the University of Alberta team that lost in the tie-breaker game of the 2010 CIS/CCA Curling Championships. She played third for the team, which was skipped by Jessica Mair. Also that season, Ferguson played third for Brenda Doroshuk's women's rink which went 0–3 at the 2010 Alberta Scotties Tournament of Hearts. In 2011, Ferguson made the transition to the skip position after her new skip, Bobbie Sauder took some time off to have a baby. Kim Min-ji (curler)
Kim Min-ji (born August 16, 1999) is a South Korean curler. She currently plays third on the Gyeonggi Province curling team skipped by Gim Eun-ji. She is a 2018 Pacific-Asia Curling champion. Career Kim skipped the South Korean junior team at the 2016 World Junior Curling Championships. She led her team of Kim Hye-rin, Yang Tae-i, Oh Su-yun and Lee Ji-young to a bronze medal finish. After finishing the round robin with a 7–2 record, the team lost to Hungary (skipped by Dorottya Palancsa) in the 3 vs. 4 page playoff game, but went on to beat the Hungarians in a re-match in the bronze medal game, after Hungary lost in the semifinal. Liu Sijia (; born July 20, 1988) is a Chinese curler from Harbin. She skipped the Chinese National Women's Curling Team at both the and World Women's Curling Championships. Career As a junior curler Liu won a gold medal at the 2010 Pacific Junior Curling Championships and silvers at the 2008 and 2009 Pacific Juniors. She skipped the Chinese team to a seventh place finish at the 2010 World Junior Curling Championships, finishing with a 3–6 record. Robyn Silvernagle (born May 20, 1987) is a Canadian curler from North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Career Silvernagle represented Saskatchewan at the 2005 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, finishing the event with a 7–5 record and missing the playoffs. Silvernagle has skipped her own team since the 2009–10 curling season. Her team won the 2010 Cornerstone Credit Union Ladies Cash Bonspiel. After joining Brett Barber's rink as a third for the 2012–13 curling season and then the Brenda Goertzen rink as fourth during the 2014–15 curling season, Silvernagle skipped her own team for the 2015–16 curling season. Chantelle Eberle
Chantelle Dawn Eberle (born September 17, 1981 in Regina, Saskatchewan as Chantelle Seiferling) is a Canadian curler. Background Eberle was one of the top junior curlers in Saskatchewan during her junior career. In 2001, she won her lone provincial junior title, playing second for Stefanie Lawton (Miller). The team, which also included Stefanie's sister Marliese at third, and Chelsey Matson (Bell) at lead went undefeated at the 2001 Canadian Junior Curling Championships after the round robin. Sherry Anderson (born January 6, 1964) is a Canadian curler from Delisle, Saskatchewan. She is a two-time winner of the World Senior Curling Championships for Canada. Career Anderson has been to ten Scotties Tournament of Hearts, six as a skip. She qualified for her first Hearts by winning the 1994 Saskatchewan women's championship, defeating Leanne Whitrow in the final, 7–4. Chelsea Danielle Carey (born September 12, 1984 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. She is the 2016 and 2019 Canadian and Alberta women's champion skip and 2014 Manitoba provincial women's champion skip.
