Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi (also spelled as Botcha Jhansi Lakshmi) is an Indian politician and past member of the Lok Sabha from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. Personal life Jhansi Lakshmi born on 11 April 1964 in Rajahmundry to Majji Rama Rao and Kalavathi.She studied M.A. (Philosophy), Ph.D., B.L.(C.L). Vizianagaram
Vizianagaram is a city and the headquarters of Vizianagaram district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is central Eastern Ghats, about west of the Bay of Bengal and north-northeast of Visakhapatnam. The city has a population of 228,025 and was established as the capital of Vizianagaram estate by Raja Vijayaram Raj of Pusapati dynasty. The rulers had a notable role in the history of the region in 18th century and were patrons of education and arts. History Vizianagaram was ruled by different Hindu emperors of Kalinga and it was an integral part of Kalinga. Rajahmundry, officially known as Rajamahendravaram, is a city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh and District headquarters of East Godavari district. It is the sixth most populated city in the state. During British rule, the District of Rajahmundry was created in the Madras Presidency in 1823. It was reorganised in 1859 and bifurcated into the Godavari and Krishna districts.
