"Born to Be Yours" is a song written and performed by Norwegian music producer Kygo and American band Imagine Dragons. Produced by Kygo, it was released by Sony and Ultra Music on 15 June 2018. It is included on the international deluxe edition of Imagine Dragons' fourth studio album ''Origins''. The song is featured in the second trailer for the 2020 computer-animated film ''Scoob!'' based on the popular Scooby-Doo franchise. Release and background On 11 June 2018, Kygo teased the collaboration on social media with a picture of him and all members from Imagine Dragons, captioning the post with a musical notes emoji. He revealed the song's artwork the following day. On 14 June, both artists posted an audio preview and a release date for the song on social media. Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll (born 11 September 1991), known professionally as Kygo (), is a Norwegian DJ and music producer. He garnered international attention with his December 2013 remix of the track "I See Fire" by Ed Sheeran and his December 2014 single " Firestone" (featuring Conrad Sewell). In late 2015, he became the fastest artist to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify, and by June 2016, he had reached 2 billion streams on Spotify. VG-lista is a Norwegian record chart. It is presented weekly in the newspaper '' VG''. It is considered the primary Norwegian record chart, charting albums and singles from countries and continents around the world. The data are collected by Nielsen Soundscan International and are based on the sales in approximately 100 shops in Norway. Mexico Airplay is a weekly record chart published by ''Billboard'' magazine since 2011 for singles receiving airplay in Mexico. According to ''Billboard''s electronic database, the first chart was published on January 17, 2009. In 2011, "Give Me Everything" by Cuban-American rapper Pitbull featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer, reached number one. The track also peaked at the top of the American ''Billboard'' Hot 100. The Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) is an umbrella organization that keeps track of virtually all aspects of the music recording industry in Italy. It was established in 1992, when major corporate labels left the previously existing Associazione dei Fonografici Italiani (AFI). Șerban Ghenea (born October 13, 1969) is a Grammy award-winning Romanian-Canadian audio engineer and mixer. Early life and education Ghenea was born in Bucharest, Romania in 1969. In 1976 he moved to Montreal with his family. He later attended John Abbott College, Concordia University, then McGill University.
