Bora Todorović
Borivoje "Bora" Todorović ( sr-Cyrl, Боривоје "Бора" Тодоровић; 5 November 1929 – 7 July 2014) was a Serbian actor. He was the younger brother of the actress, Mira Stupica, and father of Srđan Todorović. Biography He had an extensive acting career, and has had roles in critically acclaimed Yugoslavian films such as '' The Marathon Family'' (1982), '' Balkan Express'' (1983), '' Balkanski Špijun'' (''Balkan Spy'', 1984), ''Time of the Gypsies'' (1988), and '' Underground'' (1995). His father died when he was a child. Following secondary school, Bora completed army service, at which point he had no plans to pursue an acting career. However, his older sister Mira's passion for acting exposed him to the business and soon he became passionate about it as well. He enrolled in the Belgrade Drama Arts Academy, and eventually acted on stage at the Beogradsko Dramsko Pozorište (Belgrade Drama Theatre). Budva
Budva ( cnr, Будва, or ) is a Montenegrin town on the Adriatic Sea. It has 19,218 inhabitants, and it is the centre of Budva Municipality. The coastal area around Budva, called the Budva riviera, is the center of Montenegrin tourism, known for its well-preserved medieval walled city, sandy beaches and diverse nightlife. Atelje 212 ( sr-Cyrl, Атеље 212) is a theatre located in Belgrade, Serbia. Established in 1956 on the premises of the '' Borba'' building in front of 212 chairs, its opening play was the staging of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's '' Faust'' directed by Mira Trailović. The Dobričin prsten award ( sr-Cyrl, Добричин прстен) is the life-achievement award for theatrical acting, considered the most distinguished one in the Serbian theater. The name of the award (''Ring of Dobrica'') refers to the golden ring awarded to one of the most prominent actors in the history of the Serbian theater, Dobrica Milutinović (1880–1956), in 1937 by the Association of the actors of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Laureate is chosen by the voting of the 7-members jury of the Union of the drama artists of Serbia. The award consists of the golden copy of the ring, diploma on parchment and a monograph on the laureate's career. It has been awarded since 1980, yearly 1980-84 and 1994-2012 and biennially 1984-94 and since 2012. Laureate is named in October and receives the award in the January of the next year.
