Bongsan Art Fair
Bongsan Art Fair () is a festival in Daegu, South Korea. The festival, which is held in mid-October, is also the county's only art festival. The Bongsan Art Festival is held simultaneously at 16 art galleries within Bongsan Culture Street and offers a wide range of genres (Oriental paintings, Western paintings, sculpture, crafts, calligraphy works, and installations) for more than 30 artists. Daegu (, , literally 'large hill', 대구광역시), formerly spelled Taegu and officially known as the Daegu Metropolitan City, is a city in South Korea. It is the third-largest urban agglomeration in South Korea after Seoul and Busan; it is the third-largest official metropolitan area in the nation with over 2.5 million residents; and the second-largest city after Busan in the Yeongnam region in southeastern Korean Peninsula.
