Boboy Garovillo
Jose Teves Garrovillo Jr. (born in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte) Better simply known as Boboy Garrovillo, is a Filipino singer, composer, television host, and actor. He is known as one of the members of the popular musical trio APO Hiking Society along with Danny Javier and Jim Paredes. Personal life Garrovillo was born in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte to Jose Garrovillo Sr. and Paulita Teves, sister of Senator Lorenzo Teves and aunt of the former Secretary of Finance, Margarito Teves. He is married to Elizabeth "Bong" Agcaoili and they have two sons, Alfonso and Antonio. Just like his fellow APO bandmates, he went to study at Ateneo de Manila high school. In college, he took an economics course at the Ateneo de Manila University. Dipolog
Dipolog, officially the City of Dipolog ( ceb, Dakbayan sa Dipolog; Subanen: ''Gembagel G'benwa Dipuleg/Bagbenwa Dipuleg''; Chavacano: ''Ciudad de Dipolog''; fil, Lungsod ng Dipolog), is a 3rd class component city and capital of the province of Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. ''Talentadong Pinoy (transl,"Talented Pinoy" '' also known as '"Bangon Talentadong Pinoy"', (transl, "Get Up, Talented Pinoy" for its eighth season is a Philippine reality talent show broadcast by TV5. The show premiere on August 16, 2008. Hosted initially by Ryan Agoncillo in its first five seasons, within exception of seasons 6 and 7, the show is handled formerly by Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez, it displays performances from singers, dancers, actors, musicians and comedians, to contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, ventriloquists and magicians. Contestants are allowed to perform any act they want. One difference to the ''Got Talent'' series is that the judges give their opinions on the performance of the performer and grades only 50% of the final score while the jury also grades 50% of the score to determine the winner.
