Blue Skies (Jamiroquai Song)
"Blue Skies" is the second single from British alternative group Jamiroquai's studio album ''Rock Dust Light Star''. The single was released via digital download on 1 November 2010. The song was written by band frontman Jay Kay and Matt Johnson. It is the band's second single to be released under Mercury Records. The single did not receive an official physical release because it was released on the same date as the group's album. The video for the single was made available on the group's YouTube account on 25 September. The track peaked at number 76 on the UK Singles Chart. Music Video The music video shows Jay Kay riding a Harley Davidson fat boy motorbike through the outback of AlmerÃa, attempting to find a beauty spot where he can look at the Blue Skies, hence the title of the song. Formed in 1992, they are fronted by vocalist Jay Kay, and were prominent in the London-based funk and acid jazz movement of the 1990s. Linus Loves
Linus Loves is the alias of Scottish dance music remixer/ producer Duncan Reid and, until 2005, a duo consisting of himself and Kevin McKay. Reid and McKay co-founded Breastfed Recordings together in 2002 with Myles MacInnes, known as Mylo. McKay left the outfit in 2005, and Reid has continued using the moniker until the present day. The outfit is best known for their 2003 hit single "Stand Back", with vocals by Sam Obernik. It is a cover version of the 1983 Stevie Nicks' song. The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts.
