Blind Spot (2009 Film)
''Blind Spot'' (french: Lucidité passagère) is a 2009 Canadian drama film. A collective film directed by Fabrice Barrilliet, Nicolas Bolduc, Julien Knafo and Marie-Hélène Panisset, it centres on a group of friends who are undergoing personal crises as they enter their 30s. Nicolas Bolduc
Nicolas Bolduc (born 5 March 1973) is a Canadian cinematographer from Montreal, Quebec. He won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Cinematography two years in a row, in the 1st Canadian Screen Awards and 2nd Canadian Screen Awards, for ''War Witch'' (2012) and ''Enemy'' (2013). He also won the Jutra Award for ''War Witch'', and was nominated the next year for ''Louis Cyr''. Bolduc was nominated for Best Cinematography at the Prix Iris in 2017 for ''Two Lovers and a Bear''. With ''Hochelaga, Land of Souls'' (2017), he competed at Camerimage, and won Best Cinematography at the 6th Canadian Screen Awards. ''Voir'' was a francophone alternative weekly newspaper in Montreal, Quebec, published by Communications Voir. ''Voir'' was founded by Pierre Paquet in November 1986. The first issue of the newspaper was published on 27 November 1986. Later on the newspaper developed various local issues with more targeted content. In 2013, the newspaper dropped from weekly to biweekly publication. On April 29, 2015, it was announced that all shares owned by Paquet were purchased by a group of buyers composed of XPND Capital, a Quebec-based private equity firm, and two members of ''Voirs management team, Michel Fortin and Hugues Mailhot. 13th Jutra Awards
The 13th Jutra Awards were held on March 13, 2011 to honour films made with the participation of the Quebec film industry in 2010. The Prix Iris for Best Original Music (french: Prix Iris de la meilleure musique originale) is an annual film award, presented by Québec Cinéma as part of its Prix Iris awards program, to honour the year's best music in films made within the Cinema of Quebec.
