Blind (stylized as bLind) is a skateboard company founded by Mark Gonzales in 1988 under Steve Rocco's World Industries distribution company. Gonzales has since left the company and today the company continues under the ownership of Dwindle Distribution. The company produces decks, wheels, soft goods and accessories. The company's logo for many years was a stylized grim reaper. El Segundo ( , ; ) is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. Located on Santa Monica Bay, it was incorporated on January 18, 1917, and is part of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments. Henry Sanchez, also known as The Terminator, is a goofy-footed former professional skateboarder from the San Francisco Bay, California. Sanchez gained widespread recognition for his part in Blind Skateboards' "Tim and Henry's Pack of Lies" (1992) with Tim Gavin, Rudy Johnson, Brian Lotti, and Guy Mariano. He appeared on the cover of Thrasher (magazine) in July 1993. Yuto Horigome (skateboarder)
is a Japanese professional skateboarder. He won the gold medal in the inaugural Olympic men's street event at the 2020 Summer Olympics, becoming the first person ever to win a gold medal in skateboarding at the Olympics. Personal life Horigome was born in Tokyo, Japan, and has two younger brothers. He began skating at Tokyo's Amazing Square Murasaki Skatepark when he was seven years old. He learned to skate from his father, who is a former Vert skateboarder. At age 14, Horigome began traveling to the United States for skating trips and eventually moved to Los Angeles, California, where he currently resides. Keenan Milton
Keenan Milton (August 4, 1974 – July 5, 2001) was an American professional skateboarder from Atlanta Georgia. His sponsors included DVS Shoes, Chocolate skateboards. Keenan was the second child of nine children born to Phyllis Patterson. He had four brothers and four sisters. His mother was murdered in 1991. Keenan was raised in Harlem, New York, by his grandmother, Georgia Patterson, who died in May 2008. In 2001, he accidentally drowned at an Independence Day party. Upon his death memorial and funeral services were held in the cities of Los Angeles, New York, and Savannah, Georgia. Even after his death, old footage of Keenan has been used in several videos. The Berrics
The Berrics is a private indoor skatepark owned by professional skateboarders Steve Berra and Eric Koston. It is also a website providing content filmed in the skatepark, as well other skateboard-related media. The facility's name is a portmanteau of the owners' names (the "Ber" of Berra's surname and the "ric" of Koston's first name). History Establishment: 2007–2011 In an interview with ''Pop'' magazine, Berra revealed that prior to the launch of The Berrics, he had been offered a million-dollar deal to direct a film based on a screenplay that he had written. William Sean Sheffey is a regular-footed American professional skateboarder. Early life Sheffey grew up in Maryland. Growing up, Sheffey was inspired by the skating of Mark Gonzales, Jesse Martinez, and Natas Kaupas. Skateboarding career Sheffey became sponsored by a local skate shop after only 8 months of skating. Stereophonic sound, or more commonly stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that recreates a multi-directional, 3-dimensional audible perspective.
