Bizcaya (football Team)
Bizcaya, also known as Bizcaya FC or Club Bizcaya (Vizcaya in Spanish) was an association football representative team from Bilbao, Spain, which participated in the 1902 Copa de la Coronación and the 1907 Copa del Rey, winning the former. In this respect, the team is similar to London XI. It intended to create a team especially for the tournament using the best players from each Bilbao-based club: Bilbao Football Club and Athletic Club in 1902, and Athletic Club and Unión Vizcaino in 1907. Tiro Del Pichón
Tiro del Pichón (), also known as Campo del Retiro (Buen Retiro Park, Retiro), or Campo de la Rana (), was the first football pitch of Real Madrid CF, Real Madrid between 1901 and 1902. They were not an official club at that time, playing Exhibition game, friendly games on this field. Meetings were held there until 1903, the date the entity moved to the Campo de Jorge Juan. Joan Gamper
Hans Max Gamper-Haessig (; 22 November 1877 – 30 July 1930), commonly known as Joan Gamper (), was a Swiss-born football executive and versatile athlete. He founded football clubs in Switzerland and Spain, most notably FC Barcelona and FC Zürich. He is widely regarded as one of the most important figures in the amateur beginnings of FC Barcelona, being the fundamental head behind the foundation of the club in 1899, and then serving as the club's first captain between 1899 and 1903, netting over 100 goals in just 48 matches for Barça and in 1902, he captained his side to a victory in the Copa Macaya, the club's very first title. Hipódromo De La Castellana
The Hipódromo de la Castellana, also known as the Hipódromo de Madrid, was a sports facility dedicated to horse racing. Located on the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, Spain, it was designed by engineer Francisco Boguerín as one of the first official horse racing tracks in the city. The Hipódromo was inaguruated to celebrate the wedding of King Alfonso XII in 1878. In successive years, the venue also hosted football matches, mainly some Copa del Rey finals. With the widening of Paseo de la Castellana in the 1930s, the Hipódromo was closed and then demolished. The site, now occupied by the office buildings of Nuevos Ministerios, was on the outskirts of Madrid at that time. Armand Cazeaux
Armand Cazeaux was a French footballer who played as a forward for Athletic Club. Although little has been recorded of his life, he was one of the most important footballers in the amateur beginnings of Athletic Club, netting a goal in both the 1902 Copa de la Coronación Final and the 1903 Copa del Rey Final, which were the club's first pieces of silverware. The New Foot-Ball Club, especially known by its original name of (Society) Foot-ball Sky, was a Spanish football club based in Madrid that was founded in 1897 by Cambridge and Oxford University graduates, and dissolved in 1903 due to internal differences and numerous splits in its 6-year history. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries. A penalty kick (commonly known as a penalty or a spot kick) is a method of restarting play in association football, in which a player is allowed to take a single shot at the goal while it is defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper.
