Billy Walker (rugby Union)
Billy Walker (b. 1996) is a rugby union tighthead prop, currently playing for Cambridge RFC. He has previously played for premiership team Saracens, and has U18 and U20 English international honours. Youth and amateur career Walker's first rugby was played at local Chelmsford RFC, in their most junior youth team, the U6s, where he was coached by his father, playing with Chelmsford up to U16. He would also play for Essex county between U13 & U14s. He was identified for the Saracens junior academy at the age of 14, where he would do a weekly training session until the age of 16, before moving to more full time training with the senior academy. His first year of senior rugby was played with Bishop's Stortford, then in National league 2, where he praised the benefits of playing against older players and being educated in "the tricks of the trade". Saracens Rugby Club () are an English professional rugby union club based in North London, England. England National Under-18 Rugby Union Team
The England national under-18 rugby union team is the under-18 team of the England national rugby union team in the sport of rugby union. History Under-18 became a recognised age-grade in European rugby in 2004. In June 2018, coach John Fletcher and Peter Walton left the backroom staff having joined the U18 set-up since 2008 from Newcastle Falcons. European Championship England is, apart from France and Ireland, the only other team in the European Under-18 Rugby Union Championship to have won the championship, having done so in 2005 and 2006. Gloucester RFC
Gloucester Rugby are a professional rugby union club based in the West Country city of Gloucester, England. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby, as well as in the European Rugby Champions Cup. The club was formed in 1873 and since 1891 has played its home matches at Kingsholm Stadium, on the fringes of the city centre. Newcastle Falcons is a rugby union team that play in Premiership Rugby, England's highest division of rugby union. The club was established in 1877 as the Gosforth Football Club. Around 1882 the club merged with the Northumberland Football Club and briefly assumed their name until 1887. In 1990, the name was changed to Newcastle Gosforth and the club began to play at Kingston Park stadium in Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Plantar Plate
In the human foot, the plantar or volar plates (also called plantar or volar ligaments) are fibrocartilaginous structures found in the metatarsophalangeal (MTP) and interphalangeal (IP) joints. The anatomy and composition of the plantar plates are similar to the palmar plates in the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) and interphalangeal joints in the hand; the proximal origin is thin but the distal insertion is stout. Due to the weight-bearing nature of the human foot, the plantar plates are exposed to extension forces not present in the human hand. The plantar plate supports the weight of the body and restricts dorsiflexion, whilst the main collateral ligament and the accessory collateral ligament (together referred as the collateral ligament complex, CLC) prevent motions in the transverse and sagittal planes. The RFU Championship is an English rugby union competition comprising twelve clubs. It is the second level of men’s English rugby and is played by both professional and semi-professional players. Oaklands College is a further education college in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. It was established in 1991 when further education was reorganised. The England Under 20 rugby team are the newest representative rugby union team from England. They replace the two former age grade teams Under 19s and Under 21s. They compete in the annual Six Nations Under 20s Championship and World Rugby Under 20 Championship. The head coach of the team is, Alan Dickens.
