Big Brother Brasil 2
''Big Brother Brasil 2'' was the second season of ''Big Brother Brasil'' which premiered May 14, 2002 on Rede Globo. The show was produced by Endemol Globo and presented by Pedro Bial. The season was officially confirmed since 2001 as part of the original contract between international Endemol and Rede Globo that provided seasons until 2008. The grand prize was R$500.000 without tax allowances, with a R$50.000 prize offered to the runner-up and a R$30.000 prize offered to the housemate in third place. The winner was 32 year-old cowboy Rodrigo Leonel from Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo. Overview For the first time, two seasons were filmed and aired back to back in the same year and the only season to air in the South American winter. Pedro Bial (born March 29, 1958) is a Brazilian producer, director, writer, journalist and a TV presenter. He is best known for hosting the variety show '' Fantástico'', and the reality show ''Big Brother Brasil'' (the Brazilian version of ''Big Brother''). Career Bial graduated in journalism from PUC-RJ. His career, as a reporter, began at Rede Globo in 1981. In 1988, he started to work for Jornal Hoje and Globo Repórter. He also hosted Rede Globo's live broadcast of Rock in Rio II. Bial was international correspondent for Globo network from 1988 to 1996. He replaced Renato Machado on August 13, 1988. In 1996, he started to host '' Fantástico''. As of 2014, he's been hosting the ''Big Brother Brasil'' for 14 seasons. In 2003 he translated and interpreted " Wear Sunscreen" by Mary Schmich, which was a great success. Porto De Galinhas
Porto de Galinhas is a beach in the municipality of Ipojuca, Pernambuco, Brazil. Porto de Galinhas is a major tourist destination. Carapicuíba () is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 403,183 (2020 est.) in an area of .
