''Big Bang 03'' (also known as ''Big Bang Third Single'') is the third single album by the South Korean boy band Big Bang, released under YG Entertainment on November 21, 2006. It spawned the single "Forever with You", featuring Park Bom who was also featured on their debut single track "We Belong Together "We Belong Together" is a song by American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey from her 10th studio album, ''The Emancipation of Mimi'' (2005). The song was released on March 15, 2005, through Island Records, as the second single from the album. "W ..." released in August. ''Big Bang 03'' was released two months after their second single album '' Big Bang Is V.I.P''. Like its two predecessors, it was able to chart for a long time before it dropped from the monthly album charts in South Korea. Big Bang (band)
Big Bang (; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean boy band formed by YG Entertainment. The group consists of four members: G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, and Daesung. Originally a five-piece band, Seungri retired from the entertainment industry in March 2019. Dubbed the " Kings of K-pop", they helped spread the Korean Wave internationally and are considered one of the most influential acts in K-pop. ''Big Bang'' (also known as ''Big Bang First Single'') is the debut single album by South Korean boy band Big Bang, released via YG Entertainment on August 28, 2006. It spawned the single "We Belong Together" featuring labelmate Park Bom, who would later debut as a member of 2NE1. Commercially, the single album peaked at number five on the monthly MIAK album charts in South Korea and sold nearly 44,000 copies by 2016. Composition G-Dragon and T.O.P composed several of the tracks on the single album; band leader G-Dragon composed the title track "We Belong Together" while he along with T.O.P. wrote the lyrics. The song is an R&B track that presents a rhythmic up-tempo tune with rap passages. Between August 1998 and September 2008, the Recording Industry Association of Korea (RIAK) and the Music Industry Association of Korea (MIAK) published a monthly record chart, ranking the best-selling CDs and cassettes within South Korea. At least 100 albums and two singles have topped the chart during the course of its existence. In early 1998, South Korea's National Tax Service decided that the music industry should be more transparent. The Korean Video Record Association decided in a meeting held on July 23, 1998, that record sales should be tracked and released on a monthly basis.
