Saxony-Anhalt (german: Sachsen-Anhalt ; nds, Sassen-Anholt) is a state of Germany, bordering the states of Brandenburg, Saxony, Thuringia and Lower Saxony. Seehausen is a town in the Stendal (district), district of Stendal, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated approximately north of Stendal in the Altmark, a historic region in Germany, comprising the northern third of Saxony-Anhalt.
