Bienvenida Esperanza
''Bienvenida Esperanza'' is a Venezuelan telenovela developed by Fausto Verdial and produced by Radio Caracas Televisión in 1983. This telenovela lasted 55 episodes and was distributed internationally by Coral International. Mayra Alejandra and Carlos Olivier starred as the main protagonists. Synopsis Esperanza is a middle-class girl whose family makes a fortune on the racetrack. Esperanza meets José María, the son of a rich merchant, and they fall in love. He is already engaged, and, when faced with a choice, he decides to marry his fiancé, leaving Esperanza disillusioned and pregnant. Her father throws her out of the house, but Jacinto, who grew up with her, proposes to marry her and raise the child as his own. She accepts. Meanwhile, José María's marriage is over, and he tries to go back to Esperanza and their son. A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. The significant difference is their series run length; telenovelas tell one self-contained story, typically within the span of a year or less whereas soap operas tend to have intertwined storylines told during indefinite, continuing runs. Flavio Caballero is a Venezuelann actor. He is a native of Cartagena. Biography Flavio Caballero grew up with two childhood dreams: he wanted to become both a psychologist and an actor. When he was in high school, he became more interested in psychology, and he was an above average student, becoming able to attend college, where he pursued a career as a psychologist. Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV) was a Venezuelan free-to-air television network headquartered in the Caracas neighborhood of Quinta Crespo. It was sometimes referred to as the Canal de Bárcenas. RCTV International (formerly known as Coral Pictures or Coral International) is a subsidiary of Empresas 1BC. It was formed in Miami, Florida in 1982 as Coral Pictures to be the international distributor of RCTV's productions. In 1986, the company had bought out the assets of Ziv International from Lorimar-Telepictures for an undisclosed price, in exchange, L-T received a minority 20% stake in the two Puerto Rico stations owned by RCTV.
