Bert Zuurman
Bert Zuurman (born 16 March 1973) is a Dutch former football striker, who made his professional debut in the 1990–1991 season for FC Groningen. Later on he played for Heracles Almelo, SC Heerenveen, BV Veendam, FC Eindhoven, FC Emmen, FC Zwolle, and TOP Oss. Career Born in Winschoten, Groningen, Zuurman played professional football with SC Heerenveen, before spending four seasons with FC Zwolle. Zuurman is a former U19 national player of The Netherlands. Zuurman holds a UEFA 'A' Licence. After retiring from playing football, Zuurman became a manager and was appointed coach of FC Zwolle's women's team in 2010. Zuurman is now in India and is the coach of the Ozone Football Academy in Bangalore, India. Zuurman is the Head coach and Technical Director of Ozone FC, Bengaluru. Winschoten
Winschoten (; gos, Winschoot) is a city with a population of 18,518 in the municipality of Oldambt in the northeast of the Netherlands. It is the largest city in the region of Oldambt in the province of Groningen which has 38,213 inhabitants. Winschoten received its city rights in 1825. It was a separate municipality until it was merged into Oldambt in 2010. The seat of government of Oldambt is in Winschoten. There are three windmills and several churches in Winschoten. There is a railway station with direct connections to Groningen and Leer (Germany). Winschoten has an important role as a shopping centre for the region of Oldambt. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. History The Eerste Divisie consists of 20 clubs, who play each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away. Each club plays every other club once in the first half of the season before the league takes a winter break around the Christmas and New Year's holiday season. The second half of the season sees the same fixtures as the first half, with the stadiums changed, although the two halves are not played in the same order.
