Bernard King (television)
Bernard James King (25 March 193420 December 2002) was an Australian stage actor, celebrity chef, and television personality. Early life King was born into a farming family in Maleny, Queensland. He attended a Christian Brothers College in Nudgee, Queensland on a scholarship. After his graduation he became a school teacher. Acting career King entered his first talent competition at age eight. He also participated in a World War II fund-raising effort, ''Smokes for Six Soldiers''. Maleny (pronounced ''mah-lay-knee'') is a rural town and locality in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia. At the , the locality of Maleny had a population of 3,959 people. Maleny was a timber town until the early 1920s and then was a centre of dairy production and fruit growing. Geography Maleny is north of Brisbane on the Blackall Range overlooking the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Nearby towns include Landsborough, Montville, Peachester, Palmwoods and Hunchy. Sammy Davis, Jr
Samuel George Davis Jr. (December 8, 1925 – May 16, 1990) was an American singer, dancer, actor, comedian, film producer and television director. At age three, Davis began his career in vaudeville with his father Sammy Davis Sr. and the Will Mastin Trio, which toured nationally, and his film career began in 1933. After military service, Davis returned to the trio and became an overnight sensation following a nightclub performance at Ciro's (in West Hollywood) after the 1951 Academy Awards. With the trio, he became a recording artist. In 1954, at the age of 29, he lost his left eye in a car accident. Homosexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior between members of the same sex or gender.
