Bermuda, ''Islands of Bermuda'', or ''The Somers Isles'' is an Atlantic archipelago, British Overseas Territory, and a former part of Virginia. Bermuda may also refer to: Places United States Thousands of Bermudians emigrated to North America in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, especially to the South-East. These émigrés left the name of the archipelago in many parts of the modern United States of America. Liberty County is a county in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2020 census, the population is 65,256. The county seat is Hinesville. Liberty County is part of the Hinesville, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is also included in the Savannah-Hinesville- Statesboro, Georgia Combined Statistical Area. History Liberty County was established in 1777. It is named for the American ideal of liberty. Sunbury was first designated the county seat in 1784. Block Island is an island in the U.S. state of Rhode Island located in Block Island Sound approximately south of the mainland and east of Montauk Point, Long Island, New York, named after Dutch explorer Adriaen Block. It is part of Washington County and shares the same area as the town of New Shoreham. Bermuda Run, North Carolina
Bermuda Run is a town in Davie County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 1,725 at the 2010 census. It was incorporated in 1999 as a fully gated residential community near country clubs and golf courses like the Bermuda Run Country Club, Oak Valley Golf Club, and Tanglewood Park. In 2000, the town annexed into neighboring Hillsdale, picking up a commercial district. The town rests on the western bank of the Yadkin River along U.S. Route 158 and North Carolina Highway 801. Interstate 40 provides express access to Winston-Salem, the town's nearest urban center. In 2012, Kinderton Village was voluntarily annexed by the town of Bermuda Run. Humphreys County is a county located in the U.S. state of Mississippi. As of the 2020 census, the population was 7,785. Its county seat is Belzoni. The county is named for Benjamin G. Humphreys. Humphreys County is Mississippi's newest county, having been formed in 1918. Humphreys County is located in the Mississippi Delta region. It was named 'Farm-Raised Catfish Capital of the World' in 1976 by then Governor Cliff Finch, since it produced more farm-raised catfish than any other U.S. county.
