Josu Ternera
José Antonio Urrutikoetxea Bengoetxea (born 24 December 1950), also known as Josu Urrutikoetxea and Josu Urrutikoetxea Bengoetxea, is a former member of the Basque separatist organization ETA. In separate trials over a number of years, he was convicted for his involvement in the 1986 Plaza República Dominicana bombing and the 1987 Zaragoza barracks bombing, which together killed 23 people, including five children. ETA activity Urrutikoetxea joined ETA in 1968 and was in charge of operations in the Biscay region until fleeing to France in May 1971 at which time he joined the military front of the organisation. In July 1972, he participated in ETA meetings in Madrid. On 15 July 1972, he attacked the Orbegozo factory in Hernani (Guipúzcoa), stealing approximately four million pesetas. Hernando De Bengoechea
Hernando de Bengoechea (1889 – May 1915) was a French-Colombian poet who was killed in the First World War. Biography Born in Paris to Colombian parents, he was a literary figure of the Belle Epoque. When war broke out in August 1914, he volunteered to fight and was soon incorporated into the French Foreign Legion. He was killed during the Artois offensive in May 1915. Partly because he had chosen to adopt a Colombian passport over a French one, Bengoechea's death was widely reported and mourned in Colombia. Although fluent in both Spanish and French, Bengoechea wrote mainly in French. His poems are available in a volume entitled ''Les Crépuscules du matin''.
