Benaize
The Benaize (; oc, Benesa, or ) is a long river in the Creuse, Haute-Vienne, Vienne and Indre departments, central France. Its source is near La Souterraine. It flows generally northwest. It is a left tributary of the Anglin, into which it flows north of Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize. Anglin
The Anglin () is a long river in the Creuse, Indre and Vienne departments in central France. Its source is near Azerables. It flows generally northwest. It is a right tributary of the Gartempe, into which it flows near Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Its main tributaries are the Salleron, the Abloux and the Benaize. The Anglin is one of France's few remaining "wild rivers" (rivers which have never been dammed). Anglin Castle is an 11th Century castle located high above the banks of the Anglin in the town of Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Bonneuil, Indre
Bonneuil () is a commune in the Indre department in central France. The small village boasts a Manor House or fortified house built in the 15th century and is called La Fortilesse. Jean-Baptiste Rougier de la Bergerie, à Baron of Napoleon's empire, was born in that house on the 4th September 1757. He authored a number of books on agriculture.
