Ben Kadhila
Major General Ben Uuyamba Kadhila is a retired Namibian military officer whose last appointment was as Chief Joint Operations of the Namibian Defence Force (NDF). He served as the first Commander of the Namibian Special Forces, he retired in July 2018. The Joint Operations, Plans and Training Directorate is the branch of the Namibian Defence Force responsible for the force employment. History The directorate was formed in 1990 at the inception of the Defence Force and was known as the Directorate Policy and Operations.
