Belén De Sárraga
Belén de Sárraga Hernández ( Valladolid 1874 – Mexico 1951) was a Spanish feminist of the Federal Republican Party. She was the daughter of a Liberal military from Puerto Rico. She carried out propaganda tours and she stayed in Ibero-America for long periods of time. In the twenties, she was an anticlerical activist together with Atala Apodaca, during the Mexican Revolution. She held conferences all over the country aided by revolutionary governments. She actively took part in the second Spanish Republic politics. She was exiled in México. In 1904, she was arrested and convicted in Málaga, for two months and one day of major arrest, because of giving a speech against the Polavieja General at the entrance of the Hotel where she was staying. She criticised the General for the execution of the poet and the hero of the Philippine Independence, José Rizal. Valladolid () is a Municipalities of Spain, municipality in Spain and the primary seat of government and de facto capital of the Autonomous communities of Spain, autonomous community of Castile and León. Nicolás Estévanez
Nicolás Estévanez Murphy (17 February 1838 – 19 August 1914) was a Spanish military officer, politician, essayist and poet. A federal republican, he briefly served as civil governor of Madrid and as Minister of War in the wake of the proclamation of the First Spanish Republic. A defender of the Africanness of his native Canary Islands, which were a central motif of his written work, he espoused a blend of anti-european, atheist, anticlerical, revolutionary and anarchist ideals. While he showed an unwavering commitment to Spanish patriotism, Estévanez has been reconstructed as a sort of father of Canarian nationalism by Canarian nationalist authors. Asunción (, , , Guarani: Paraguay) is the capital and the largest city of Paraguay. The city stands on the eastern bank of the Paraguay River, almost at the confluence of this river with the Pilcomayo River. Felipe Carrillo Puerto
Felipe Carrillo Puerto (8 November 1874 – 3 January 1924) was a Mexican journalist, politician and revolutionary who became known for his efforts at reconciliation between the Yucatec Maya and the Mexican government after the Caste War. He was governor of the Mexican state of Yucatán from 1922 to 1924. Prerevolution and personal life Carrillo Puerto was born in the town of Motul, Yucatán, 45 km northeast of Mérida, and was of partly indigenous Maya background; he was rumored to be a descendant of the Nachi Cocom dynasty of Mayapan. His parents were the merchant Justiniano Pasos Carrillo Puerto and his wife Adelaide Solis. He was one of fourteen children, thirteen of whom lived into adulthood.
