Belgrade Fair
The Belgrade Fair ( sr, Београдски сајам, Beogradski sajam) is a large complex of three large domes and a dozen of smaller halls which is the location of the major trade fairs in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. It is located in the municipality of Savski Venac, on the right bank of the Sava river. One of the most recognizable landmarks of Belgrade, it is colloquially referred to only as Sajam. Location Sajam is located on the Sava's right bank, in the western foothills of the Topčidersko Brdo and the neighborhood of Senjak, built on it. Savski Venac
Savski Venac ( sr-cyr, Савски Венац, ) is a Subdivisions of Belgrade, municipality of the city of Belgrade. According to the 2011 census results, the municipality has a population of 39,122 inhabitants. It is one of the three municipalities which constitute the very center of Belgrade, together with Stari Grad, Belgrade, Stari Grad and Vračar. Savski Venac is located on the right bank of the Sava river. It stretches in the north-south direction for (from downtown Belgrade, just from Terazije, to Banjica) and east-west direction for (from Senjak and the Sava bank to Autokomanda). Alvik Basket
08 Stockholm Human Rights is a Swedish basketball club located in Stockholm that has a men's and women's team. The club was established in 1996 when two of the most successful basketball associations, Alvik BK (established 1956) and the South YMCA Basketball (established 1949), collaborated to form 08 Stockholm. The reason for the name of "Human Rights" is because of the club's active social commitment to using basketball as a tool to work against racism, for social inclusion and to educate their players and leaders in the club's core values. Omladinski košarkaški klub Beograd ( sr-cyr, Омладински кошаркашки клуб Београд), commonly referred to as OKK Beograd, is a men's professional basketball club based in Belgrade, Serbia. They are currently competing in the Basketball League of Serbia. It is part of the multi-sports Belgrade-based sport club OSD Beograd. The club is the league affiliate of Mega Basket. Radivoj Korać
Radivoj Korać ( sr-cyrl, Радивој Кораћ; 5 November 1938 – 2 June 1969) was a Serbian and Yugoslav professional basketball player. He represented the Yugoslavia national basketball team internationally. Korać is well-known for holding the EuroLeague's all-time single-game scoring record (since 1958), at 99 points scored, in a game versus Alviks, during the 1964–65 season, and for once making 100 out of 100 free throws on a live television show in Belgium. Korać died in a car crash in 1969, at the age of 30, and FIBA Europe later established the European-wide third-tier level FIBA Radivoj Korać Cup, in his remembrance, in 1971. Prestressed concrete is a form of concrete used in construction. It is substantially "prestressed" ( compressed) during production, in a manner that strengthens it against tensile forces which will exist when in service.
