Beaver Bay is a city in Lake County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 120 at the 2020 census. Minnesota Highway 61 serves as a main route in the community. History Beaver Bay is the oldest settlement on the North Shore of Lake Superior. It was established in 1856. The community is also the home of the annual John Beargrease Dog Sled Race.
