Beatrice Wallin
Veronika Beatrice Wallin (born 5 April 1999) is a Swedish professional golfer. She won the 2016 Annika Invitational Europe and won the European Ladies' Team Championship in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Early life and amateur career Before focusing on golf Wallin was a swimmer, inspired by her father Christer Wallin who represented Sweden in the 1988, 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics, winning silver medals in Barcelona (1992) and Atlanta (1996). Wallin joined the National Team in 2016 and was part of a golden era of Swedish success in European team championships. Her teams, which often included Linn Grant, Frida Kinhult, Amanda Linnér, Ingrid Lindblad and Maja Stark, was runner-up at the 2016 European Girls' Team Championship and won in 2017. The 2020 Swedish Golf Tour was the 35th season of the Swedish Golf Tour, a series of professional golf tournaments for women held in Sweden. Schedule The season saw an attempt to rebrand the existing set of tournaments as a pan- Nordic tour, and launch the Nordic Golf Tour (NGT). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the events outside Sweden were cancelled and the remaining Swedish events were removed from the 2020 LET Access Series (LETAS) schedule. Anna Davis (born March 17, 2006) is an American amateur golfer. In April 2022, Davis won the third Augusta National Women's Amateur at the age of 16. Junior Solheim Cup
The Junior Solheim Cup is a version of the Solheim Cup for girls aged 12 to 18. It was inaugurated in 2002. It is currently officially called the PING Junior Solheim Cup. The Junior Solheim Cup follows a similar format to The Solheim Cup and features the top 12 U.S. amateur girls—defined as girls participating in American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) events—versus their European counterparts. College/university golfers are ineligible to participate in the event, even if they meet the age cutoff. The event is held over two days, with six fourball and six foursomes matches on the first day, and twelve singles matches on the second day. Junior Ryder Cup
The Junior Ryder Cup is a team golf competition between Europe and the United States for junior golfers aged 18 and under. It is based on the men's Ryder Cup and is run by the same organisations, the PGA of America and Ryder Cup Europe. The 2018 event took place at Golf Disneyland, Marne-la-Vallée, Paris, France on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 September. The United States won 12–11, their sixth successive victory in the event.
