''Beach Mix'' is Koda Kumi's sixth remix album, out August 1, 2012. It is her first album to feature a playbutton - the album contained on an mp3 player in a button. It comes in three editions: CD, CD+DVD and CD+DVD+Playbutton. ''Beach Mix'' became her highest charting remix album, coming in at #4 on Oricon and staying on the charts for seven weeks. It features a new song and music video: "Whatchu Waitin' On?". It is also her first album released since giving birth to her and Kenji03's son, with the music video being filmed while she was pregnant (in the video, only Kumi's upper body is shown). A remix album is an album consisting of remixes or rerecorded versions of an artist's earlier released material. The first act who employed the format was American singer-songwriter Harry Nilsson (''Aerial Pandemonium Ballet'', 1971). "Pop Diva" (stylized as "POP DIVA") is a song recorded by Japanese musician Kumi Koda, taken as the fourth and final single from her ninth studio album '' Dejavu'' (2011). It premiered on February 2, 2011 by Rhythm Zone and Avex Music Creative Inc. in two physical formats and for digital consumption. ''3 Splash'' (stylized as ''3 SPLASH'') is an EP by Japanese recording artist and songwriter Kumi Koda. It was released on 8 July 2009, by Kumi's record label, Rhythm Zone. Her fourth extended play consists of three recordings; "Lick Me" (stylized as "Lick me♥"), "Ecstasy" (capitalized as "ECSTASY") and "Hashire!", with three additional interludes. It was released in two different formats: stand-alone CD, and a CD+DVD bundle - the latter bundle was re-released with a pink-transparent CD holder. Soulhead
Soulhead (known as SOULHEAD in Japan) is a Japanese urban contemporary/ R&B duo consisting of sisters Yoshika Sawayama (よしか) and Tsugumi Sawayama (つぐみ). Both were born in Hokkaidō; Yoshika was born on July 20, 1978 and Tsugumi was born on January 25, 1981. Since their debut, they have worked with several well-known artists, including Sowelu, Koda Kumi, Crystal Kay and Ken Hirai.
