Bavli
Bavli ( he, בבלי), or Shikun Bavli, is a neighborhood in central Tel Aviv, Israel, named after the Babylonian Talmud, and bounded by Hayarkon Park on the north, Ayalon highway to the east, Namir road to the west, and Park Tzameret to the south. History Shikun Bavli was founded in 1957, and developed rapidly over the 1970s and 1980s. Due to its proximity to both the city center and the park, it is considered a mostly upper middle class neighborhood, with a majority of older couples and families living within the area. The Talmud (; he, , Talmūḏ) is the central text of Rabbinic Judaism and the primary source of Jewish religious law (''halakha'') and Jewish theology. Hayarkon Park
Yarkon Park ( he, פארק הירקון, ''Park HaYarkon'') is a large park in Tel Aviv, Israel, with about sixteen million visits annually. Named after the Yarkon River which flows through it, the park includes extensive lawns, sports facilities, botanical gardens, an aviary, a water park, two outdoor concert venues and lakes. The park covers an area of 3.5 km². At 375 hectares, it is slightly larger than Central Park in New York, and double the size of Hyde Park, London. History In 1925, the municipality of Tel Aviv invited urban planner Patrick Geddes to prepare an expansion of the city towards the Yarkon, which was considered the city's natural border. Palestinian and Jewish farmers grew vegetables and maintained orchards on the banks of the river, and Geddes suggested a park should be established on the Yarkon's southern bank. Park Tzameret
Tzamarot Ayalon ( he, צמרות איילון) is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, on the east-central side of the city. It is ranked as the wealthiest neighborhood in Israel. The neighborhood is subdivided into two areas by Ya'akov Dori Street. South of the street are Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station, Tel Aviv 2000 bus terminal and Volovelsky Park. North of the street is a residential area known as Park Tzameret ( he, פארק צמרת). It consists of eleven luxurious high-rise apartment buildings, with one more under construction as of 2019, surrounded by green space. The area has been modeled upon similar projects in London and Paris. Only 18% of the area will contain buildings. Two squares will be built at the southern and northern sides of the neighborhood with a avenue linking them. Mature trees and vegetation will be planted along the avenue. In sociology, the upper middle class is the social group constituted by higher status members of the middle class.
