Battle Creek Knights
The Battle Creek Flight are a team in the Independent Basketball Association (IBA) located in Battle Creek, Michigan. They previously played in the Premier Basketball League (PBL) and in the International Basketball League. The team was known as the Battle Creek Knights prior to the 2013–14 season. 2005 season The Knights lived up to their nickname of "The IBL's Power Team", by beating opponents by an average of 128–114. The Knights were led in scoring by Mike Williams, at 22.4 ppg. The Knights were undefeated in the regular season, and won the championship game, beating the Dayton Jets 124–121, for a final record of 21–0. In addition to being the IBL's power team on the court, the Knights also led the league in attendance. Playing at Kellogg Arena, crowds of 2,500+ were not uncommon, and the team drew 1,854 to the championship and All-Star game, which they hosted. International Basketball League
The International Basketball League (IBL) was a semi-professional men's basketball league featuring teams from the West Coast of the United States. In 2010 the Albany Legends became the first team in the Northeastern United States to join. The IBL also sometimes featured teams from China and Japan which temporarily relocated to the United States for the IBL season. The IBL season typically ran from the end of March through July. Pavillon De La Jeunesse
The Pavillon de la Jeunesse is an indoor arena, in Quebec City, Quebec on the grounds of ExpoCité. It opened in 1931 as an amphitheatre to replace the Victoria Park Arena destroyed in 1943, it was referred to as Pavillon de l'agriculture (1931 to 1970) for use for agricultural displays for the provincial exhibition or Expo Quebec. Since the 1980s it has been used as a sports venue and has a capacity of 5,000 spectators. It was damaged in a fire in 1949 resulting in restoration work in 1949–1950. The Quebec Kebs (french: Kebs de Quebec) were a professional basketball team located in Laval, Quebec, formerly based in Quebec City, Quebec. Bay City Western High School (colloquially referred to as BCW or WHS) is a high school located at 500 Midland Road, Auburn, Michigan, and a part of Bay City Public Schools. The Mid-Michigan Destroyers were a franchise in the Premier Basketball League which began play in the 2009 season. Based in Bay City, they trained at the JJKN Hoops Training Center (formerly the historic St. Joe's Gymnasium) but played at the Bay City Western high school gymnasium. The Augusta Groove was a team in the Premier Basketball League that previously played in the Continental Basketball Association and the modern American Basketball Association. Formerly, the team was known as the Charlotte Krunk in the ABA, where they played at Charlotte, North Carolina's Cricket Arena, and the Atlanta Krunk of the CBA. The Detroit Panthers are an American minor-league basketball team in the Premier Basketball League. Formerly a member of the American Basketball Association, the team was previously known as the Detroit Dogs and the Detroit Wheels. The Panthers were one of the charter franchises of the ABA and won the league's first championship as the Detroit Dogs. Attack Athletics is a training center that includes four NBA regulation courts, and a 1,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Chicago, Illinois. It is owned by Tim Grover. They were originally part of the American Basketball Association The American Basketball Association (ABA) was a major men's professional basketball league from 1967 to 1976.
