Battistini is an underground station on Line A of the Rome Metro, situated at the junction of Via Mattia Battistini and Via Ennio Bonifazi, in the 14th district. The station was inaugurated, together with the others from Valle Aurelia - Battistini on 1 January 2000 since when it has been the northernmost station on Line A. A park and ride, also known as incentive parking or a commuter lot, is a parking lot with public transport connections that allows commuting, commuters and other people heading to city centres to leave their vehicles and transfer to a bus, Rail transport, rail system (rapid transit, light rail, or commuter rail), or carpool for the remainder of the journey.
