Bastiaan Ragas
Bastiaan Johannes Ragas (born 30 June 1971) is a Dutch singer and actor. Born in Lisse, he was the youngest of three brothers. Ragas learnt piano and guitar at school. He also participated and traveled with the international musical group Up With People during their 1989-1990 tour. He first came into the public eye as a member of the Anglo-Dutch boy band Caught in the Act in the 1990s. Caught in the Act broke up in 1998 and Ragas embarked on a solo career. His first album, ''Tomorrow is Looking Good'', was released in 2000. Also in 2000, he played Radames in the Dutch production of the musical Aïda. He later played d'Artagnan in Joop van den Ende's 2003–2004 production of '' 3 Musketiers''. Ragas has also worked in film, appearing in the West Frisian language film '' De Sportman van de Eeuw'' and providing the Dutch voice of Sinbad in '' Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas''. Lisse
Lisse () is a town and municipality in the province of South Holland in the Western Netherlands. The municipality, which lies within the Duin- en Bollenstreek, covers an area of of which is water. Its population was in . Located within the municipal boundary is also the community De Engel. History Early history The history of Lisse is closely related and similar to the neighboring towns of Hillegom and Sassenheim. Based on a document from 1198 which makes official mention of the town's name, Lisse celebrated its 800-year anniversary in 1998, although there is an indication that there was already a settlement there in the 10th century. Frizzle Sizzle were a Dutch teenage girl group of the 1980s. The four members of the group were Karin Vlasblom (born 10 August 1967), Laura Vlasblom (born 8 October 1968), Mandy Huydts (born 9 April 1969) and Marjon Keller (born 1 June 1970). Roef Ragas
Rudolphus Henricus Cornelis "Roef" Ragas (25 May 1965 – 30 August 2007) was a Dutch actor from Harderwijk. He was the older brother of Bastiaan and Jeroen Ragas. From 1984 to 1990 Ragas studied Dutch at the University of Amsterdam. He graduated on the phenomenon of "time" in " De zondvloed" by Jeroen Brouwers. Then he went to the Amsterdam Theatre School, where he graduated in 1994. He was a founding member of the Association of New Film and Television Makers, NFTVM, and sat on the board of the Dutch Association of Film and Television Makers, NBF, and the Dutch Film Festival. Ragas had a relationship since 1990 and was married to actress Susan Visser. Together they had two children. On 30 August 2007 Ragas died of sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 42, during a visit to ''Harkema'' restaurant. On Thursday 6 September 2007 he was buried in Zorgvlied Cemetery. Antonia Grietje "Tooske" Ragas-Breugem (; born 3 June 1974), is a Dutch actress and television host. She played a stewardess in '' 06/05'', a movie by Theo van Gogh about the murder of Pim Fortuyn. She was video jockey (VJ) at TMF Netherlands and presented two seasons of the Dutch and German version of '' Idols''. Early life Breugem was born in Zwolle into a Dutch Reformed family, and has two elder brothers, Jaap and Jan-Pieter. Career Since her first appearance on television in 1995 on the '' Soundmixshow'', Tooske's career showed a lot of aspects of the Dutch entertainment industry.
