Bartlett Bay is an Arctic waterway in the Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut, Canada. It is in Nares Strait off eastern Ellesmere Island, off the Bache Peninsula. In statistics, Bartlett's test, named after Maurice Stevenson Bartlett, is used to test homoscedasticity, that is, if multiple samples are from populations with equal variances. Some statistical tests, such as the analysis of variance, assume that variances are equal across groups or samples, which can be verified with Bartlett's test. In a Bartlett test, we construct the null and alternative hypothesis. For this purpose several test procedures have been devised. The test procedure due to M.S.E (Mean Square Error/Estimator) Bartlett test is represented here. This test procedure is based on the statistic whose sampling distribution is approximately a Chi-Square distribution with (''k'' − 1) degrees of freedom, where ''k'' is the number of random samples, which may vary in size and are each drawn from independent normal distributions. Bartlett Glacier () is a tributary glacier, about long and wide at its terminus, flowing northeast from Nilsen Plateau and joining Scott Glacier close north of Mount Gardiner. It was discovered in December 1934 by the Byrd Antarctic Expedition geological party under Quin Blackburn, and named by Richard E. Byrd for Captain Robert A. Bartlett Pond is a pond in the Manomet section of Plymouth, Massachusetts. The inflow of the pond is Beaver Dam Brook, and the outflow is an unnamed river that empties into Cape Cod Bay. White Horse Beach nearly surrounds the pond, lying to the southwest, west and north. Manomet Heights lies on the eastern shore. Geology Bartlett Pond has water depths of slightly over a meter. The bottom of the pond is made up of fine silt and clay muds with large cobbles, clasts and boulders in some places left behind by the retreat of the glaciers. In a study conducted by University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2013 and again in 2014, X-ray fluorescence data shows slightly higher abundance of lead and zinc within the upper 50 centimeters of sediment cores taken out of the pond.
