Barricada (from Spanish language, Spanish: ''Barricade'') were a Navarra, Navarrese hard rock band created in 1982 in the Txantrea neighbourhood of Pamplona, Pamplona/Iruñea. The band members were Enrique Villareal (''El Drogas'') as bassist and vocalist, Javier Hernandez (''Boni'') guitarist and vocalist, Alfredo Piedrafita as guitarist and Ibon Sagarra (''Ibi'') on drums. Together they have written over 100 songs and sold over a million discs. On January 8, 2021, Boni died at age 58 of laryngeal cancer. Discography References External linksOfficial website

Pamplona (; eu, Iruña or ), historically also known as Pampeluna in English, is the capital city of the Chartered Community of Navarre, in Spain. It is also the third-largest city in the greater Basque cultural region. Lying at near above sea level, the city (and the wider Cuenca de Pamplona) is located on the flood plain of the Arga river, a second-order tributary of the Ebro.
