Maraú
Maraú is a municipality in the state of Bahia in the North-East region of Brazil. . The municipality is located in a peninsula called "Península de Maraú", physiographic area called "Região Cacaueira" (cocoa region). The city is rich in minerals, especially oil shale gypsum and oil. History The town originally called "''Mayrahú''" was an Indian village called "''Mayra''". No one knows about the disappearance of the Indian tribe, nor to which branch it belonged. Abaeté Aviação is a domestic airline based in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. Although the company was established in 1995 it was not authorized to operate regular flights until 2020. History Abaeté Aviação can trace its origins to Aerotáxi Abaeté, an air taxi airline established in 1979. In 1994, Aerotáxi Abaeté established a sister company called Abaeté Linhas Aéreas, dedicated to the operation of scheduled services. In 1995 a holding called Abaeté Aviação was created, comprising Aerotáxi Abaeté and Abaeté Linhas Aéreas. DAFIF () or the ''Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File'' is a comprehensive database of up-to-date aeronautical data, including information on airports, airways, airspaces, navigation data, and other facts relevant to flying in the entire world, managed by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) of the United States. Withdrawal of public access DAFIF was publicly available until October 2006 through the Internet; however, it was closed to public access because "increased numbers of foreign source providers are claiming intellectual property rights or are forewarning NGA that they intend to copyright their source". Currently, only federal and state government agencies, authorized government contractors, and Department of Defense customers are able to access the DAFIF data.
