Brežice
Brežice (; german: Rann ) is a town in eastern Slovenia in the Lower Sava Valley, near the Croatian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of Brežice. It lies in the center of the Brežice Plain ( sl, Brežiško polje), which is part of the larger Krka Flat ( sl, Krška ravan). The area was traditionally divided between Lower Styria (territory on the left bank of the Sava River) and Lower Carniola (territory on the right bank of the Sava River). The entire municipality is now included in the Lower Sava Statistical Region. Brežice prides itself on a rich historical and cultural heritage. The Lower Sava Valley Museum ( sl, Posavski muzej Brežice), housed in Brežice Castle, contains archaeological and ethnological exhibits, exhibits on the Croatian and Slovenian peasant revolt, and a modern history collection. Vuk Lazović
Vuk Lazović (born 10 March 1988) is Montenegrin handball player for RK Partizan and the Montenegro national team. Club career Lazović started out at Partizan and made his Serbian Handball Super League debut in its inaugural 2006–07 season. He was later loaned to Radnički Kragujevac for the 2008–09 season. After a loan spell with Zaječar, Lazović returned to Partizan until the end of the 2009–10 season. International career After competing for Serbia in youth tournaments, Lazović accepted a call-up to represent Montenegro at senior level in 2014. He made his debut for the national team in 2015. Later on, Lazović participated in four European Championships (2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022) and one World Championship (2023). Personal life Lazović is the son of late actor Danilo Lazović. The Liga Națională is a league of professional women's handball league teams in Romania. Run by the Romanian Handball Federation, the competition is also known as the Liga Florilor MOL and is contested by sixteen teams. The National Handball League is Romania's top-level domestic women's handball-league club competition. The team with the most Liga Națională championships is SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea with twenty. The FRH organization also oversees the Divizia A. The European Handball Federation (EHF) ranks the Liga Națională 3rd in the coefficients of leagues based on performances in European competitions over the past seasons. EHF Women's Champions League
The Women's EHF Champions League is the competition for the top women's handball clubs in Europe, organised annually by the European Handball Federation (EHF). It is the most prestigious tournament for clubs, with the champions of Europe's top national leagues participating. Tournament structure Each year, the EHF publishes a ranking list of its member federations. The first 27 nations are allowed to participate in the tournament with their national champion. The national federations are allowed to request extra places or upgrades from the EHF Cup. The EHF Champions League is divided into five stages.
