Bengaluru Raptors (previously Banga Beats, Bengaluru Topguns and Bengaluru Blasters) is a franchise badminton team representing Bengaluru in the Premier Badminton League (PBL). The team is one of the six founding members of PBL (previously IBL) in 2013. The franchise was owned by the conglomerate, BOP group in 2013. In 2016, Sachin Tendulkar bought the franchise and named it after his Blasters sports franchises. In 2018, Matrix Badminton Teamworks Pvt. Ltd. took over the team and renamed it to Bengaluru Raptors. Premier Badminton League (PBL) is a team badminton league operating in India. Sportz & Live Private Limited (Sportzlive) has the rights to operate and execute the Premier Badminton League. The inaugural season of PBL was held from 2 to 17 January 2016. Delhi Dashers (formerly Delhi Acers) defeated Mumbai Rockets in the final to clinch the title. The second season began on 22 December 2016 and came to end on 14 January 2017 with the Chennai Smashers headed by P. V. Sindhu clinching the title in the finals. The third season began on 23 December 2017 and came to end on 14 January 2018 with Hyderabad Hunters headed by Carolina Marin emerging as the champions. The 2014 Champions Tennis League was the first edition of the Champions Tennis League. Format In 2014, the CTL saw 13 matches played over a 10-day period between 17 and 26 November 2014. Thomas Karl Johan Enqvist (born 13 March 1974) is a Swedish former professional tennis player. He reached the final of the 1999 Australian Open – Men's singles, 1999 Australian Open and won a total of 19 singles titles, including three ATP Tour Masters 1000, Masters titles. He has a career high ATP world singles ranking of No. 4, achieved on 15 November 1999. Ramanathan Ramkumar (born 8 November 1994) is an Indian professional tennis player. He has been ranked as high as No. 111 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he achieved in July 2018, and in doubles at No. 58 achieved in August 2022.
