Bagong Pag-asa
Bagong Pag-asa, also known as the Magsaysay District, is an administrative division in eastern Metro Manila. It is an urban barangay of Quezon City with low-density housing and is known for its shopping malls, transport hubs and office buildings. Neighboring barangays include Project 6 and Vasra in the northeast; Bahay Toro in the north; Pinyahan in the east; Veterans Village, Bungad and Sto. Cristo in the northwest; Phil-Am in the west; West Triangle in the southwest; and South Triangle in the south. North Avenue, Quezon City
North Avenue is a major road located in Quezon City within the Diliman area of northeastern Metro Manila, Philippines. It runs east–west through barangays Bagong Pag-asa, Project 6, and Vasra, forming the northern part of the North Triangle area. The street is located in Quezon City's mixed-use and government area, known for its malls, condominiums, hotels, and the upcoming QC CBD. It is also home to the SM City North EDSA, Trinoma, and Ayala Malls Vertis North located on the avenue's junction with Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). Tatalon
Tatalon is a Barangays of Quezon City, barangay of Quezon City, Philippines. According to 2015 Census, it has a population of 63,129 people. Vertis North
Vertis North is a mixed-used development in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. History Vertis North is a joint project by private firm Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) and state-agency National Housing Authority (Philippines) (NHA). The NHA is responsible for relocating settlers living in the area. The Vertis North project was launched in 2012. The first phase of the project which includes the Ayala Malls Vertis North shopping mall, the Seda Vertis North hotel, and residential projects was launched in 2017. Ramon Magsaysay
Ramon del Fierro Magsaysay Sr. (August 31, 1907 – March 17, 1957) was a Filipino statesman who served as the seventh president of the Philippines, from December 30, 1953, until his death in an aircraft disaster on March 17, 1957. An automobile mechanic by profession, Magsaysay was appointed military governor of Zambales after his outstanding service as a guerrilla leader during the Pacific War. He then served two terms as Liberal Party congressman for Zambales's at-large district before being appointed Secretary of National Defense by President Elpidio Quirino. He was elected president under the banner of the Nacionalista Party. He was the first Philippine president born in the 20th century and the first to be born after the Spanish colonial era.
