	BYU Cougars Baseball The BYU Cougars baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, United States. The team is a member of the West Coast Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. BYU's first baseball team was fielded in 1908. The team plays its home games at Larry H. Miller Field in Provo, Utah. The Cougars are coached by Trent Pratt. 	2014 BYU Cougars Baseball Team The 2014 BYU Cougars baseball team represented Brigham Young University in the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball season. Mike Littlewood acted in his 2nd season as head coach of the Cougars. The Cougars came off a season where they exceeded expectations. After being picked to finish sixth, the Cougars finished in a 3-way tie for second and eliminated regular season champion Gonzaga in the WCC tournament. The Cougars would finish 32–21. For 2014 the Cougars were picked to finish sixth in the WCC 2014 Pre-season rankings. The Cougars played most of their home games at Larry H. Miller Field. However Bruce Hurst Field hosted one BYU home one series in late February, early March, and Brent Brown Ballpark hosted one BYU game. This was the second consecutive year the Cougars used Bruce Hurst Field for one series due weather concerns. 	2013 BYU Cougars Baseball Team The 2013 BYU Cougars baseball team represented Brigham Young University in the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball season. Mike Littlewood was in his 1st season as head coach of the Cougars. BYU's baseball team came off a 2012 season in which they were 22–27. The Cougars played their home games at Larry H. Miller Field, part of the Miller Park Baseball/ Softball Complex. Picked to finish sixth in the WCC, BYU stunned most people and finished in a 3-way tie for second place. The Cougars won the #3 seed in the WCC Tournament where they knocked out #1-seed Gonzaga.
