Brunei Shell Recreation Club Football Club (Abbreviation, abbrev: BSRC FC), formerly Brunei Shell FC, is a association football, football team from Brunei. The team represents the football department of Shell plc, Brunei Shell Recreational Club situated in Panaga, Belait District, Belait. History The team was founded in 2004 and originally known as Brunei Shell FT. Awang Hj Aji bin Hitam was in charge of this team in 2004. This team has had a number of managers over the years, and at the moment, Awang Hj Ismail bin Hj Bakar holds the position in conjunction with Head Coach Hailmey Ariffin. The team's objective is to represent the Belait District in the leagues run by Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) and develop into a hub for young people in the district to hone their football skills. Brunei Super League
The Brunei Super League (''Liga Super Brunei'' in Malay) is a Bruneian professional league for association football. It is at the top flight of the Bruneian football league system and it is managed by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD). The clubs participating in this top flight league need to pass a set of requirements and verification process, particularly related to professionalism and infrastructure feasibility. The championship winner will receive B$14,000 ($10,000 USD) as prize money, as well as being eligible for the AFC Cup as Brunei's representative, provided that the club conforms to AFC's Club Licence criteria. Kota Ranger Football Club (; abbrev: KRFC), formerly Perkota, is a Bruneian football club, playing in the Brunei Super League. It was formed in 1978 and was successful in the late eighties and early nineties, winning the national championships twice. Kota Ranger directly translates to City Ranger in English. The Brunei FA Cup is Brunei's premier knockout tournament in men's football. The current format is administered by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) since 2012. DST Group Brunei Premier League ( ms, DST GROUP LIGA PERDANA BRUNEI) was the top-tier football league of Brunei until 2012, when it became the second tier of the football pyramid of Brunei with the creation of the Brunei Super League by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam.
